3. Cookies and Local Storage

The Application does not use "cookies" explicitly. However, it uses local storage (SharedPreferences) to store your learning progress, dictionary cache, and application settings to ensure a seamless offline experience.

4. Technical Data and Permissions

The Application requires Internet Access to fetch updated learning materials from our server and to display advertisements. It also uses Text-to-Speech (TTS) engines to provide accurate German pronunciation.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, please contact us.

6. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. Most learning data is stored locally on your device and is deleted if the Application is uninstalled.
