This Privacy Policy applies to the "تعلم الإسبانية للمبتدئين " app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by U Z A LEARN (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") as a Free service. This service is provided by U Z A LEARN at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The Application is designed to be safe and respects your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect any sensitive personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the core features of the Application.

• Learning Progress: Your experience points (XP), current level, and favorite words are stored locally on your device's memory. The Developer does not upload or store this data on external servers.
• Technical Information: The Application may automatically collect non-personal technical information (such as device type and operating system version) solely to help improve the app's performance and fix bugs.

2. Required Permissions

To provide the best learning experience, the Application requires the following basic permissions:

• Internet Access & Network State: Required to download new vocabulary lessons, update app content from our servers, and check for active internet connections.
• Vibrate (Haptic Feedback): Required to provide tactile feedback during educational games and quizzes.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising (AdMob)

The Application uses Google AdMob as a third-party service to display advertisements, which helps keep the Application free. AdMob may collect device-specific information, such as your Advertising ID, to serve ads tailored to your interests. The Developer does not share your personal data with advertisers. 4. Text-to-Speech (TTS) Engine

The Application utilizes your device's built-in Text-to-Speech engine to teach correct Spanish pronunciation. This process happens entirely on your device programmatically. The Application does NOT access your microphone, record your voice, or transmit any audio data to third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application is an educational tool safe and suitable for all ages. The Developer does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.
